Golden Terra Argentina

About us

Company

Company Golden Terra Argentina is a purpose-built regenerative agriculture and real-world asset investment initiative transforming undervalued high-desert land in Mendoza, Argentina, into sustainable, high-value grazing pastures with meaningful carbon sequestration potential.

Founded by retired securities attorney James Holz, Esq., and led by a team with deep expertise in cross-border finance, compliant tokenization, and agronomic project management, we bridge environmental regeneration with structured investor protection and strategic opportunity.

Our Core Focus

We acquire distressed or probate parcels in Mendoza’s arid high-desert region (~$200–400/ha entry pricing) and execute a disciplined 5-year regenerative program — cover cropping, microbial soil enhancement, rotational grazing infrastructure — to create resilient, premium grazing land valued at $800-1200+/ha or more. This process not only drives land appreciation but also delivers verifiable environmental benefits: improved soil organic matter, biodiversity restoration, carbon sequestration, and potential annual carbon credit generation.

Investment Philosophy

We structure opportunities through hybrid security vehicles (Reg D 506(c) and Reg S compliant, ERC-3643 blockchain tokens) that combine:

  • Debt-like protection via 15% accrued simple interest (75% total return floor at maturity/conversion)
  • Significant equity participation (75% pro-rata LLC membership post-flip) for uncapped upside Flexible tiers — from $1M pilot projects to $20M+ diversified portfolios — allow sophisticated accredited investors and non-U.S. persons to participate at scale while maintaining senior secured claims against the underlying Argentine assets (held via SPVs).

Strategic CBI Alignment

Golden Terra projects are intentionally designed to align with Argentina’s emerging Citizenship by Investment framework (Decree 524/2025), which prioritizes productive investments in strategic sectors such as agribusiness. By creating jobs, enhancing ecosystems, and contributing to regional economic development, our initiatives position qualifying capital to meet the program’s “relevant investment” criteria (estimated ~$500,000 minimum threshold; final regulations pending, rollout anticipated late 2026/early 2027).

Our Commitment

We operate with full regulatory transparency, blockchain-enabled traceability, audited structures, and a relentless focus on investor protection, environmental integrity, and long-term value creation. Golden Terra Argentina is not about quick speculation — it is about building resilient assets in one of South America’s most undervalued frontiers, aligned with global trends in sustainable agriculture, ESG investing, food security, and climate resilience.
